I combine my comprehensive evidence-based nutrition training with my skills as a professional Whole Food Plant Based Chef, to create the ultimate, personalised food and nutrition health programs, tailored specifically to your nutrition needs, your defined health goals, and your unique food tastes.

My Story

Because of food allergies and intolerances I didn’t initially follow my heart into a culinary career. But after 10 years of hardcore corporate city life, I returned to my culinary roots, and set up one of the very first Gourmet Salad, Soup & Smoothie Bars in Brighton, modeled on those I had seen in NY.

Eating & drinking freshly prepared produce on a daily basis, resulted in nothing short of radical health improvements, including becoming a mother, something Harley St specialists had told me could never happen for me. Eventually I sold up and dedicated the next chapter of my life to raising my family whilst immersing myself in evidence-based nutrition education.

I am currently studying as a Master Herbalist & am involved in a number of health, wellness & nutrition projects. Watching my children grow into such powerful young athletes is my pride and joy and the very best evidence of the power of good nutrition.

I now practice, consult & teach the power of whole food nutrition. Whether you wish to reach peak performance, resolve weight or gut issues, hope to reverse chronic illness, or just defy the relentless aging process, I can help you transform your life through the power of optimal nutrition.

Nutritional science has evolved dramatically. We now know that we are not doomed to age with failing health. Just because our relatives experienced certain health conditions, does not mean that we are genetically predestined to experience the same. Chronic disease (ie. obesity, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, certain cancers, heart disease etc) are the product of the accumulation of years of exposure to toxic environments and unhealthy lifestyle choices. Changing your ‘health habits’, for example what you choose to eat every day, can prevent, and sometimes even reverse these outcomes.

There never seems an ‘ideal’ time to start that new ‘diet’ plan. But healthy living is all about making many small habits ‘stick’ and building from there. Our super hectic lifestyles dictate that we are so busy from morning til dusk. But by being ‘mindful’ of the meal choices we fuel our bodies with daily, and preparing food in advance, we can not only give ourselves a huge boost in energy and performance, but actually save ourselves time in the long run.
